Fibre

How long does ClubTV take to install fibre?

Installation usually takes between 2 and 5 working days, excluding cases of technical complexity that require additional works or permits.
Our technician will check the coverage at your address and, if feasible, proceed with the installation. Once the contract is signed, we’ll contact you to schedule the appointment.

The installation consists of two steps: cabling and fusion, followed by router connection. Both stages are completed the same day, unless there are technical difficulties. The process usually takes 1–2 hours.

If the LOSS indicator is red, it means there is Wi-Fi signal but no optical signal reaching the router through the fibre cable, therefore you have no internet access.

How long does it take to transfer my number to ClubTV?

Number portability normally takes 2 working days from the request.
You’ll receive an SMS confirming the change of operator, after which you can insert your new ClubTV SIM and start using it.

How can I access the TV service?

Once you sign up, just switch on your TV — the channels will already be available.
The TV service is provided through your fibre connection.
