At ClubTV, we provide employees, customers, and suppliers with an Ethics and Communication Channel.

This channel allows you to submit inquiries, questions, or information related to regulatory compliance, ethical principles, or potential misconduct. Communications may be made confidentially and, if preferred, also anonymously.

All reports will be received and handled diligently, objectively, and confidentially by ClubTV, S.L.

Each communication will follow a procedure aligned with best practices in compliance, ensuring proper management, analysis, and response to each case.
